Hey there, I am Caroline! I truly believe that therapy should be a safe and welcoming space where you can exhale, feel understood, and be entirely yourself! My goal as a therapist is to team up with you as a supportive partner so we can untangle life's hurdles together and figure out a meaningful path forward.

I work with people of all ages, and I have a lot of experience supporting kids, teens, and adults. A big part of my heart goes into helping folks navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring disorders, substance use, autism spectrum disorder, and chronic health issues. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I am passionate about celebrating how your unique mind works instead of trying to fit you into a box.

My approach is all about teamwork and warmth. I draw from person-centered care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, strengths-based practices, and trauma-informed care. We will work together to find practical tools that actually make sense for your life, help you ride out heavy emotions, and remind you of the resilience you already have inside you.

I earned my Bachelor's in psychology from Loyola Marymount University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky. When I am not working, you can find me hanging out at the beach or parked on the couch rewatching The Office.

Taking that first step toward therapy can feel scary, but you do not have to do it alone. It is an honor for me to hold space for you and support you as you build a life that feels good to you. If you are ready to get started or just want to chat to see if we click, please reach out because I would love to meet you!
