Dr. Chantal Meloscia, PhD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Chantal Meloscia, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist licensed by the California Board of Psychology. With more than 10 years of experience working with neurodiverse children and adolescents, Dr. Meloscia specializes in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating autism, ADHD, as well as other developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Dr. Meloscia most recently served as Department Head of Mental Health at Naval Medical Center San Diego. She previously served as the Department Head and Program Manager for Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) at U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan.
With the aim of making the assessment process a gentle, welcoming experience for both the child and the parents or caregivers, Dr. Meloscia provides thoughtful and thorough psychological assessments that consider the whole child and how he or she interacts in different environments, including at home and in school. Through understanding each child’s strengths, challenges, and circumstances, Dr. Meloscia offers evidence-based individualized treatment strategies to support children and teens at home, in school, and other social environments.
Dr. Meloscia provides evaluations in person with feedback sessions available via telehealth.
