I’m glad you’re here. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families on their journeys toward healing and growth. I take a person-centered, strengths-based, holistic, and systemic approach, which allows me to honor your unique needs and experiences. I believe you already have everything you need to create the positive change you seek, and my role is to help uncover and build upon those innate capabilities.

My background includes working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental disorders, as well as individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and difficult life transitions. My work with underserved and marginalized communities has deepened my commitment to creating a therapeutic space that is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative.

Healing can be painful, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready to start your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Education: University of San Diego, M.A Marriage and Family Therapy

Theoretical Orientation: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, Mindfulness Practices, Expressive Arts and Play Therapy
