Hi, I’m Nikalina, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy shouldn’t feel like an intimidating, clinical experience—it should feel like a second home. My goal is to create a safe, casual, and even fun space where you can explore challenges, grow, and feel truly seen.

I bring a broad perspective to therapy, integrating my background in human development and public health to consider not just personal experiences but also the larger systemic influences on mental and emotional well-being. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming of LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent experiences—I’m here to support you in a way that honors your identity and unique way of moving through the world.

I’ve worked with children, adolescents, individuals, and families facing a range of challenges, including trauma, domestic violence, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and that all-too-familiar weight of shame and guilt. Using a mix of Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Bowen, and Structural Family Therapy, I tailor sessions to fit you—whether that means diving into deep conversations, incorporating movement, or finding creative ways to make therapy feel more engaging and meaningful.

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me teaching Reformer Pilates, soaking up time outdoors, or enjoying a long coffee walk (because movement and caffeine are an elite combo).

Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or scripted—let’s create a space where you can show up as your authentic self and start building the life you want.
